Kisgazdák /Small farm owners/ House – Balassi Bálint House of Hungarian Arts (other name Balassi Bálint House of Dance Arts). The Békéscsaba Kisgazdák Association built its new, neo-baroque headquarters in 1929, on the site of the earlier, one-storey headquarters. It was designed by architect András Bányai from Békéscsaba. János Liptak's enterprise was the contractor. Its ground floor parts at the time of construction: café, pub, kitchen, pantry, maid's room, restrooms, driveway, bank room with separate director's room. Upstairs there was: the great hall with gallery, the smoking room, youth room, cloakroom and council room. Between 1950 and 1968 it was called the Balassi Cultural Home, then the County Cultural Centre, and in 2023 the ~Balassi Bálint House of Hungarian Arts. Local grade listed. There are facade plaques (Tamás Maczák and János Pataj; Sigma Band; Konrád Lenkefi ). - 6 Luther Street=c. 15 Irányi Street, Downtown, Békéscsaba, Békés County, Hungary.

Kisgazdák Háza – Balassi Bálint Magyar Művészetek Háza (máshol Balassi Bálint Táncművészetek Háza néven bekescsaba.hu/intezmenyek/balassi-balint-tancmuveszetek-haza). Békéscsabai Kisgazdák Egylete 1929-ben építtette fel új, neobarokk stílusú székházát, a korábbi, földszintes székház helyén. Bányai András békéscsabai építész tervezte. Lipták János vállalkozása volt a kivitelező. Építéskori földszinti részei: kávéház, söntés és kocsma, konyha, kamra, cselédszoba, mellékhelyiségek, kocsibehajtó, bankhelyiség külön igazgatói szobával. Az emeleten volt: a karzattal ellátott nagyterem, a dohányzó, ifjúsági terem, ruhatár, valamint tanácsterem. 1950 és 1968 között a Balassi Kultúrotthon, majd Megyei Művelődési Központ, 2023-ban Balassi Bálint Magyar Művészetek Háza a neve.
