Description
Deutsch: An dieser Stelle entwaffneten im April 1945 WiderstandskämpferInnen des kommunistischen Jugendverbands unter Leitung von Heinrich Klein eine große Anzahl von Wehrmachtssoldaten im Tausch gegen Zivilbekleidung.

Mit dieser einzigartigen Aktion ermöglichten sie die kampflose Befreiung von Ottakring und Hernals und verhinderten damit weitere Opfer in den letzten Kriegstagen im Westen von Wien

Eine Initiative der Bezirksvorstehung Ottakring. Nie wieder Krieg, nie wieder Faschismus, niemals vergessen
