Description
English: Gauch farmhouse. Built on a mound, above the level of the Gauch Burn and the surrounding Balvalley Moss. The mound is now a hyperactive rabbit warren. The farm was once home to a branch of the Gordon clan; witness the gravestone in Upper Cabrach kirkyard 1036937.
