Description |
English: A bas-relief depiction of four men carrying out a sacrifice to a statue of Hercules, a subject adopted from the Arch of Constantine in Rome. This is the only work definitely known to have been created by the Flemish sculptor Gaspar van der Hagen, who was a student of John Michael Rysbrack. |
