English: Gas Holder, King's Cross Seen from Battle Bridge Road, this is the guide frame for one of King's Cross's celebrated gas holders. These have long been a familiar sight to rail passengers, especially on the approaches to St Pancras, and this one has been incorporated into the King's Cross redevelopment scheme - albeit no longer required for its original purpose. |
