NASTURTIUM.
A popular class of hardy annual plants un-
surpassed for outdoor planting- and presenting a
range of colors unequalled by any other. They
bloom profusely all through the summer and fall
months until cut down by frost. Unlike most
plants, they grow and thrive in almost any soil,
flowering more profusely, however, in light
gravelly ground. When planted in rich soil the
tendency is to produce an abundance of foliage
at the expense of a dearth of flowers.
TALI, OR CLIMBING VARIETIES,
These are very effective for covering out-
houses, fences, etc., and equally useful for plant-
ing at the top of slopes and allowed to trail.
Butterfly — Light lemon, with distinct red blotch-
es on the lower petals. The upper petals are
marked red. Pkt., 5c; oz., 20c; % lb.. 60c;

Chameleon — An interesting variety bearing flow-
ers of many different colors on the same
plant, mostly beautifully splashed, blotched

Couquette — Produces flowers of many different
bright colors on the same plant. Pkt., 5c;

Croesus — Yellow with crimson blotches, the low-

Dark Crimson — Deep velvety crimson.

Exhibition Mixture — Composed of the above choice named
sorts, including Hybrids of Madame Gunter and the New
Fringed sorts, with the addition of all the latest beauti-
ful hybrids, and put up in the proper proportions to pro-
duce the finest combination of colors.

lish Ivy in shape, and is dark green veined white. The

Tall Variegated-Leaved Varieties — The foliage is beautifully
mottled and striped cream gold, silver and green, con-
