Summary

[edit]
Description The City of Toronto has distributed special plastic bins for all types of garbage collection - green for organics, black for garbage, and blue for recycling. They're actually relatively handy, provided the racoons stay out of the organics bin, though many of the row and town houses complain that the combination of the three take up an inordinate amount of space.
