English: Image cropped from a vintage postcard photo showing the Elie Radu railway stop, opened in 1899 in Brusturoasa, Bacău County, Romania, at km 48,45 of the Târgu Ocna–Comănești–Palanca railway line. The name of the railway stop is misprinted on the postcard: "Gara Ilie-Radu" [Ilie-Radu train station]. The building no longer exists today.
Română: Imagine decupată din fotografia unei cărți poștale de epocă înfățișând halta feroviară Elie Radu, deschisă în 1899 în localitatea Brusturoasa, la km 48+450 de pe calea ferată Târgu Ocna–Comănești–Palanca. Numele haltei este tipărit greșit pe cartea poștală: „Gara Ilie-Radu”. Clădirea nu mai există astăzi. |

Of the aforementioned photographs, those whose term hadn't expired before 1996 received a considerable prolongation, according to the Romanian Law on Copyright and Neighboring Rights Law no. 8/1996 of March 14, 1996 Article 149, Paragraph 3, modified by Law no. 285/2004 of June 23, 2004, Article 128:
Therefore, Romanian artistic photographs whose protection term expired before 1996 are now in the public domain. These include photographic series published before 1986 and isolated photographs published before 1991. As a courtesy, please credit the author whenever using the photograph. |
