This is not the location of the Babbage's at the time of Lyall's Disappearance. It was on the first floor located next to the elevator and Burlington on the first floor of the mall. Currently is the Pretzel Maker.

Description GameStop store on second story of Crossgates Mall, Guilderland, NY, USA. In 1998 it was a Babbage's, and Suzanne Lyall worked there before leaving her shift on the evening of March 2 of that year to take the bus back to her dorm at nearby SUNY Albany. She was never seen after leaving the bus on campus; her employee ID was found in the parking lot later.
