e upper country,the support of his father (Osiris), for the sake of the person encharged ivith the signets (orshrines) of the south and north, the clothes and loorhs in all lands and countries, IVahsi: andagain, the Hor, taking care of the world with the rule of Osiris, lord of eternity, for the personencharged with the divine tribunals, and the pure abode of the spirits. In the lines at the sidethe invocation invokes upon him the usual benefits, and, combined with those at the base of theshrine, styles him the royal scribe, encharged with the care of the silver abodes, all devout andgood in offering. The line which divides the centre of the main pedestal contains his names,and that he saith two prayers, of scarcely even mythological interest.
