Description

Continuing to go down this side of the River Seine in the coach. Getting closer to the Palais Bourbon.

Building with steps / stairs and a statue. On Quai Anatole France in Paris. This is the right side of this building.

At 25 Quai Anatole France is Kugel. An art gallery called <a href="http://www.galeriekugel.com/desktopdefault.aspx?tabid=1&lg=en" rel="noreferrer nofollow">Galerie J. Kugel</a>.

Historically it was <a href="http://www.galeriekugel.com/Galerie-Kugel-Business-Pavillon-DesktopDefault.aspx?tabid=28&lg=en" rel="noreferrer nofollow">Hotel Culot</a>. It was built in 1840 in the grounds of the Hôtel du Maine, later the Hôtel d’Avray, for Jean-Pierre Collot (1764-1852), the director of the French Mint, by Louis Visconti (1791-1853), the most famous architect of the day.
