English: Memorial plaque in the Church of St. Adrian martyr of Villalbeto de la Peña in memory of father Gabino Peral Tower, Augustinian priest born in the town on September 15, 1923. From 1966 he was the Bishop of the Diocese of Iquitos (Peru). After many years of work and health problems, in 1991 filed, Pope Juan Pablo II, renunciation of this Apostolic Vicariate pastoral Government. After a long illness, he died in Bogotá, Colombia at the age of 78, 24 January of the year 2002. Español: Placa conmemorativa en la Iglesia de San Adrián Mártir de Villalbeto de la Peña en memoria del padre Gabino Peral Torre, sacerdote agustino nacido en dicha localidad el 15 de septiembre de 1923. Desde 1966 fue el obispo de la diócesis de Iquitos (Perú). Tras muchos años de trabajo y por problemas de salud, en 1991 presentó, ante el Papa Juan Pablo II, la renuncia al gobierno pastoral de este vicariato apostólico. Tras una larga enfermedad, murió en Bogotá, Colombia a los 78 años, el día 24 de enero del año 2002.
