| Description |
Erected for the benefit of the men of Kimpton by Susan Lady Dacre, April 15 1879. This isn't a listed building, but I found out the building is called The Dacre Rooms and has been used as changing facilities by the local football club in the last twenty years, and more recently it has been the home of Kimpton Youth Club. <a href="http://www.kimptonvillage.tsohost.co.uk/history.htm" rel="nofollow">(source)</a> Herts GOC's walk in Kimpton, Whitwell, Ayot St Lawrence and the surrounding countryside, 14 May 2011. <a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/anemoneprojectors/sets/72157626599822743/">I have uploaded several photos from the walk so please check them all out in the set.</a> |
