Note that pixel line and row 256 are duplicates of line and row 255 resp. (disregarding jpeg-artifacts); this is noteable only near the top double stroked line just on top of longitude numbering, while the left row of duplicates is within the range of non-printed margin and therefore unobtrusive; can’t fix it losslessly, but be aware of it before doing any modifications!
