Title
GLO-109585 T shape brooch
Description
English: Cast copper alloy T-shaped brooch. Tubular wings which hold the pin axis bar, there is a slot in the centre of the wings at the rear for the pin, only that base of the pin remains. There are the remains of a loop on the top of the head. The front of the head is decorated with a recessed rectangular cell containing an opposing double zigzag line, this creates a line of diamond cells in the middle flanked by triangular cells, all would have been filled with enamel. The rest of the bow has been truncated resulting in the loss of the catchplate.
