Description
English: During Navratri days the idol of Tulja Mataji is decorated with precious diamonds and rare jewellery given by Maharaja Malharrao Gaekwad, 150 years ago. People of Padra village visit this temple by walking around 2.5km for the Maha Arti during this 9 days of Navratri. It is belived that the idol house in the temple was found from a lake called Mansarovar. During this 9 days of Navratri a grand Mela is organised on the outskrits of the temple. This temple also consist idols of Lord Hanuman, Lord Krishna and a Shivling.There is a small lake inside the temple and people believe that Tulja Mataji on her means Vahan which is the Crocodile visits this temple during the 9 days of Navratri.
