English: 1892 (June 27) use of postal stationery letter card with 1d (one penny) indicium (imprinted stamp) uprated with a 1d and 1/2d postage stamps sent from London to Germany, also shows undated circular "TOO LATE FBGPO" (Foreign Branch General Post Office) handstamp. All selvages are complete.
