Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Furzey Island from "The Pottery" on Brownsea Island. "The Pottery" is long gone but potshards are still very common on the stony Brownsea Island foreshore. Across the channel of White Ground Lake is the low-lying and wooded Furzey Island which has two oil wells - Poole Harbour sits on an oilfield and there are several "nodding donkey" oilwells around the harbour.
