Español: La Fundación Sanarte El Alma es una organizacción sin ánimo de lucro situada en la ciudad de Medellín, Colombia y es su misión principal imprimir esperanza a aquellas personas que combaten la depresión fortaleciendo y controlando sus emociones mediante la particularidad de la enseñanza de la logoterapia de Víctor Frakl, siquiatra judío.
La logoterapia o terapia de sentido recoge la realidad subyacente en el individuo y expresa la fuerza resiliente que hay en él potenciando su vida y dirigiéndola al lado más positivo. La Fundación expresa especialmente su apoyo incondicional a la fuerza pública de Colombia debido al gran respeto y admiración por estos. Así mismo, busca desarrollar espacios donde nuestros policías tengan acceso a mejoras en su calidad de vida desde lo sicológico, lo laboral, lo cultural y educativo. Apoyar a la fuerza policial es nuestra misión primaria. En la Fundación Sanarte El Alma estamos seguros que estos cuatro pilares permiten la sanación y la canalización de nuevas experiencias. Uno de los medios por los cuales se muestra la intencionalidad de la fundación es el programa "Sanarte El Alma" que se ha desarrollado a través de la emisora Radio CIPA Estéreo del Círculo de Periodistas de Antioquia los jueves a las diez de la mañana. Es el lugar donde terapeutas, coachings, siquiatras, entre otros, expresan sus experiencias que buscan la provención del suicidio. Se inició en dicha emisora después de que amigos de uno de los fundadores emitieran su opinión sobre el valor de los temas que se venían tratando hacía unos años. Es decir, los temas en cuanto a la prevención del suicidio eran necesarios transmitirlos a los demás en un medio de comunicación. El programa tiene el apoyo y asesoría de personalidades muy influyentes en el medio terapéutico y de la gobernación de Antioquia quienes además han participado activamente en él. La fundación crece día a día sobre todo por el calor humano y la buena intención de las personas que se adhieren a la causa.English: The Sanarte El Alma Foundation is a non-profit organization located in the city of Medellín, Colombia and its main mission is to provide hope to those people who fight depression by strengthening and controlling their emotions through the particularity of the teaching of logotherapy by Víctor Frakl, a Jewish psychiatrist.
Logotherapy or meaning therapy collects the underlying reality in the individual and expresses the resilient force that exists in him, enhancing his life and directing it to the most positive side. The Foundation especially expresses its unconditional support for the Colombian public forces due to the great respect and admiration for them. Likewise, it seeks to develop spaces where our police officers have access to improvements in their quality of life from the psychological, labor, cultural and educational aspects. Supporting the police force is our primary mission. At the Sanarte El Alma Foundation we are sure that these four pillars allow healing and the channeling of new experiences. One of the means by which the intentionality of the foundation is shown is the program "Sanarte El Alma" that has been developed through the radio station Radio CIPA Estéreo of the Circle of Journalists of Antioquia on Thursdays at ten in the morning. It is the place where therapists, coaching, psychiatrists, among others, express their experiences that seek to prevent suicide. It started at said station after friends of one of the founders issued their opinion on the value of the issues that had been discussed for a few years. That is, the issues regarding suicide prevention were necessary to transmit them to others in a communication medium. The program has the support and advice of highly influential personalities in the therapeutic environment and the government of Antioquia who have also actively participated in it. The foundation grows day by day, above all due to the human warmth and the good intentions of the people who adhere to the cause. |
