Español: Segundo emisor, tras Europa, de turistas a Madrid, con un crecimiento el pasado año del 18%, en especial de los visitantes procedentes de Brasil, México y Argentina. Son solo dos datos que justifican el interés que la ciudad de Madrid tiene por Iberoamérica. Un interés, unido a una vocación: “Tenemos la obsesión de ser la capital de Iberoamérica en Europa con una voluntad no de apropiación, sino de servicio”. Lo ha dicho Luis Cueto, Coordinador General de Alcaldía, durante la inauguración de la XXI Conferencia Iberoamericana de Ministros y Empresarios de Turismo (CIMET) que se celebra previo a FITUR. |
