English: Cucumbers promote hydration, lowers blood sugar and helps reduce weight. Mangoes may support heart health, may improve digestive health and may support eye health. Avocadoes help to protect against heart disease and lower blood pressure. Oranges provides vitamin C, promote healthy immune system, prevent skin damage, controls blood sugar level and prevents scurvy. Pineapples may reduce risk of cancer, may boost immunity and may speed up recovery after surgery.
Kiswahili: Matango hukuza unyevu, hupunguza sukari katika damu na husaidia kupunguza uzito. Maembe yanaweza kusaidia afya ya moyo, hukuza afya ya mmeng'enyo wa chakula na hukuza afya ya macho. Maparachichi husaidia kulinda moyo mbali na magonjwa na inapunguza presha ya damu.
