We therefore CAUTION persons inexperienced in cultivating Budded Roses not to pjirchase such plants,because the neglect in removing suckers will bring disappointment, and create the impression entertained bysome purchasers that they have received plants incorrectly named. If the suckers are allowed to grow, thebudded portion will often be starved, and instead of a perfect flower, answering the description, a small, insig-nificant one will be produced. We must decline to entertain any claim for the failure of Budded Roses fromneglect in giving such plants the proper attention. We have a limited quantity of plants on own roots of a few varieties described in this list. Should we beunable to supply budded plants as ordered, please state whether plants on own roots may be sent, allowingpurchasers the difference in price. Price of plants, budded low 35 cents each, S3 per IO. When selection is left to us $25 per 100 plants, all distinct.
