Description
English: From the September 3, 1938 issue of the News and Observer:

"Virtually all the 60,000 papers that go out from The News and observer plant daily pass under the eye of Mailing Room Superintendent D. Theodore King; Who has been superintendent of the department for 30 of the 32 years he as been with the paper. During his reign, King has seen the mailing room force increase from three to thirty."
