English: From Kittern Hill (7) The last in a new panorama showing that the sea is visible at all points of the compass from this spot.
Here, with Kittern Rock https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/828830 on the left, we look out over The northern end of St Mary's Sound and The Road to see all the other inhabited islands. From the left Bryer (mostly obscured by Samson), Tresco (with the harbour of New Grimsby and The Abbey) St Martins, returning us to "The Garrison" on St Mary's. The Scillonian III puts in a second appearance now passing Steval. |
