English: Horizontal rectangle. Four bands of festooned roses and pink cord with simple edging designs at top and bottom. Across the face of "a" is written "J.B. Lincoln Hingham" in black ink; "b" has "J.B. Lincoln" written vertically in an upward direction. Joined sheets of paper. Printed in white, green, orange and pink on gray ground.
