Description |
English: The frieze is printed to resemble an embroidered textile, not dissimilar to Renaissance designs. Highly stylized pomegranate motifs are connected by scalloped borders of c and s scrolls. An allover diaper pattern of small cells creates a woven texture. The pattern is printed in shades of red, green, pink, orange and gold. |
