Från Mo skrifves till Hernösandsposten: Till förmån för nödlidande i Westerbotten och Norrbottens lappmark var den 19 februari i Mo bruks folkskola anordnad aftonunderhåll-ning med paketförsäljning. Sedan kyrkoherde Nygren talat öfeer de apost. orden: "Öfvar någon barmhertighet, göre ban det med glädje", och framstält tillståndet i de af missväxten lidande delarne af vårt land, sjöngos åtskilliga sånger så väl fyrstämmigt som solo af Anund-ejöbor, som välvilligt nedrest för ändamålet, hvarförntom hornmusik utfördes af amatörer från Anundsjö. Solosångerna sjöngos af fröken Fri-deborg Winblad. Ett par stycken poesi de-klamerade af fröken Elma Hedberg.
