Here's a simple recipe of Easy Bite Kutsinta
Kutsinta (50 pieces)
2 + ¼ cups All Purpose Flour (sifted) ½ + ¼ cups Cassava Flour (sifted) 2 + ¼ cups Brown Sugar (sifted) 4 + ½ cups water 1 + ½ tablespoon Diluted Atsuete 1 + ½ tablespoon Lye water 2 drops Buko Pandan Extract
Steam for 50 minutes medium heat
Add Shredded Cheese or Niyog
