DescriptionFrenchman Flat Underground Garage 006.jpg | PLUMBBOB - 1957 - NEVADA TEST SITE -- Close-up of entrance to dual-purpose underground garage and mass shelter, sponsored by the Federal Civil Defense Administration under the Nevada Test Organization's Civil Effects Test Program.
