Description Tourane (Da Nang) Bay, French Indo-China, photographed from an altitude of 300 meters, with the camera bearing 058 degrees, at 1436 hours on 7 October 1951. The French aircraft carrier Arromanches (R95) is in the left center, and the destroyer Le Malin (D612) is in the right center. Also present are two commercial freighters and a large number of sailing craft.
