English: French naval ensign (1794-1814, after 1830)

Fragment of red white and blue bunting framed with a note: 'Part of the French colours from on Board the Ship Impetueux of 74 Guns taken by Lord Howe on the Glorious 1 of June 1794 70 Leagues to the Westward of Ushant'.
