Title
Cannetille Ware Bracelet
Description
English: This bracelet is emblematic of Chinese filigree work that was produced for the European market in the mid-19th century. It has been mis-attributed as being French cannetille, however the style, the shape of the medallion, the dragon and phoenix motif all indicate Chinese craftsmanship, most likely completed in Singapore in the mid- to late- 1800s.
