Description
English: French nurse aids aged refugee from St. Nazaire.
A French nurse gives medical aid to an elderly French refugee who has just arrived in Nantes. France, on a special train from St. Nazaire, french port occupied by the Germans. Free passage for the train through the battle lines was given following a truce meeting in January 17, 1945, between American and French Army officers and German Army officers at Cordemais, France.
