As always, thanks to the writers! Finally got out for a day of benching in the desert. Was out from 9:15AM til' after 5:30PM. About 20 freights. Could have been more, but the other tracks are so far away from the main two I'd have to run across the desert to catch them. I can see them, but they're like 1/4 mile away. Day started out cold, then got hot, by the end of the day there was like a 40mph wind, and I was freezing for the last 3 hours. Saw some toy out there spraying under the bridge with his girlfriend and some other dude, quick throw up for anyone else took him like 20 minutes to finally finish. Funny. Had a great time just being away from home, and away from anyone else. Just me, my thoughts, a couple cameras and some snacks.
