[edit]DescriptionFree Public Baths 538 East 11th Street.jpg | The Public Baths at 538 East 11th Street, between Avenues A and B in the Alphabet City area of the East Village neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, was built in 1904-1905 and designed by Arnold W.
