Deutsch: Dachschieferartiger Tonschiefer, lithostratigraphisch als Fredeburger Schiefer bezeichnet, des Unteren-Eifeliums (unterstes Mittel-Devon) in einem Bahn- und Straßenanschnitt am Bahnübergang der L 740 vor Silbach (aus Richtung Winterberg), mit Ankern und Drahtnetz gegen Hangrutsch gesichert - nebst Radarfalle. Rothaargebirge, Nordrhein-Westfalen.
English: Roof slate-like slate of the Fredeburger Schiefer ("Fredeburg Slate", Early Eifelian, earliest Middle Devonian) in a railroad and road cut at railroad crossing of state road (L) 740 before town of Silbach (coming from town of Winterberg), being secured by anchors and a wire mesh against sliding off. Rothaar Mountains, North Rhine Westphalia, Germany.
