DescriptionFred C Palmer Upstreet.jpg |
Postcard photo of Upstreet near Herne Bay, Kent, England. The photographer was Fred C. Palmer of Tower Studio, Herne Bay, Kent, who is believed to have died 1936-1939. The postmark is unclear but the number 13 is visible, so it could be 1913. Palmer could only have taken this photograph between 1905 and 1914. This card was sent to an address in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
