Deutsch: Vorderseite: Nebeneinander Schild mit Helm und Schild mit Hahn, darunter F.

Kommentar: Wegen des Hahns (Frankfurter Stadtwappen) eindeutig eine städtische Frankfurter Prägung. 1509 ist der Stadt Krossen durch Joachim I. erlaubt worden, Pfennige nach dem Vorbild der Frankfurter Pfennige zu münzen. Damit ist ein Anhaltspunkt für die Datierung der Frankfurter Pfennigprägung gegeben.
