Description Frankfurt-Bockenheim, ehemaliges, 1955 erbautes 9-stockiges, 1998 saniertes Verwaltungsgebäude Hartmann & Braun AG, Gräfstraße 97. Nach dem Auszug der Hartmann & Braun AG 1997 wurde das ehemalige Betriebsgelände von einem der größten Bauentwickler, der DIBAG Industriebau AG München, revitalisiert. Produktionsstätten wurden entkernt. Wohn- und vor allem Geschäftsräume unter dem Namen „Alvearium“ (lat. Bienenkorb) geschaffen. Auch der ehemalige Verwaltungsbau an der Gräfstraße 97 wurde saniert. Dieser wurde zunächst von der Banco Santander Deutschland gemietet, die aber zum großen Teil schon weiter in die Solmsstraße umgezogen sind. Mieter zur Zeit Investmentbank Equinet AG, vormals zu 49.9 Prozent der Landesbank Rheinland-Pfalz (LRP) gehörig, dann mehrheitlich der DAH Beteiligungsgesellschaft von Daniel Hopp.
