Description
Deutsch: Frankfurt-Bockenheim, alte Bonifatiusschule im ehemaligen Französisch-reformiertem Kirchengebäude bis zum Umzug in eigenes Schulgebäude in der Hamburger Allee. Erbaut 1768 von Glaubensflüchtlingen der Französisch-reformierten Kirchengemeinde von Bockenheim in der damaligen Landgrafenschaft Hessen außerhalb der freien Reichsstadt Frankfurt am Main mit ihrer orthodoxen protestantisch-lutherischen Glaubensrichtung zwischen Rödelsheimer Straße 10-12 und Fritzlarar Straße; von 1906 bis 1944 als Volkshaus der Stadt Frankfurt genutzt. So fand hier am 12. Februar 1931 die erste Zusammenkunft der vom Frankfurter Bund für Volksbildung organisierten Heimnachmittage für jugendliche Erwerbslose im Volkshaus Bockenheim statt. Das Gebäude wurde 1944 zerstört. Nachkriegsbebauung als behelfsmäßiges Hinterhaus Rödelheimer Straße 12. Derzeitige Nutzung von der SJD Sozialistische Jugend Deutschland DIE FALKEN, Unterbezirk Hessen-Süd.
