Description
Čeština: Autor fotografie Jiří Zelenka. Francouzské brambory - krok za krokem. Základ tvoří vařené brambory nakrájené na plátky nebo hranolky. Takto uvařené brambory naskládané do nádoby proložené směsí smažené cibulky, uzeniny -(upraveného masa uzením,dušením a pečením) a vajíček vařených na tvrdo. Vše je ochuceno solí a pepřem. Částečné zapečené brambory zalijeme směsí mléka a vajec. A necháme řádně upéci. Jako vhodná příloha je kyselá okurka nebo zeleninový salát. Czech Republic.
