Description Franco Harris, a member of the Professional Football Hall of Fame, signs autographs and talks with U.S. Sailors at Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan, Feb. 12, 2009. The Sailors are members of Yokosuka Seahawks, the naval base's football team. Harris, well known for a reception that led the Pittsburgh Steelers past the Oakland Raiders in the 1972 American Football Conference divisional playoff game, spent the day talking football and expressing his gratitude to service members.
