Description
English: Fragment of an inscription frieze; Quartz frit, model embossed, opaque white glaze, blue painting, luster painting. The inscription was written in late Kufic style and reads "There is no god but God". Another inscription on the upper and lower borders can be seen and quotes verses from Quran Surah 76 (Al-Insan), written in Naskh style. From Natanz, Iran. Circa 1307 CE.
