English: Effect of MYC2 on the differential JA response during herbivory by P. rapae. (A) Experimental setup for the gene expression analyses of the Arabidopsis–P. rapae interaction. First-instar larvae of P. rapae were allowed to feed on 6-week-old Arabidopsis plants, after which they were removed. The time scale shows the harvest time points that were used in the different experiments.
