The PAC/BAC contig was mapped by using restriction-fragment-length polymorphism markers (RFLP-markers) S20487S and E3103S, which were located on the short and long arms, respectively, of chromosome 5 at 54.6 cM. Red boxes represent RCS2/CentO clusters. |
