Description
English: Four U.S. Navy Douglas AD-7 Skyraider (BuNo 142012, 142036, 142075, 142080) of Attack Squadron 115 (VA-115) "Arabs" in flight, circa in 1960. VA-115 was assigned to Carrier Air Group 11 (CVG-11) aboard the aircraft carrier USS Hancock (CVA-19) for a deployment to the Western Pacific from 16 July 1960 to 18 March 1961.
  • 142012 crashed into the Gulf of Tonkin on 10 August 1965 while in service with VA-152. The pilot was killed.
  • 142036 was written off on 7 September 1966 while in service with fleet replacement squadron VA-122.
  • 142080 was transferred to the U.S. Air Force. It was shot down over Laos on 15 February 1969 while in service with the 602nd Special Operations Squadron. The pilot was killed.
