Description
English: Foundation Hall Building The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, established in 1859 by Peter Cooper. Foundation Hall is the site of The Great Hall, made famous in 1860 when Abraham Lincoln gave a historic address regarding the end of slavery.
