Description
English: As described in the WIKI paragraph, this vintage photo of Foulois & Parmelee at Ft Sam Houston Texas - c. March 1910 was taken by noted San Antonio panorama photographer, E. O. Goldbeck and was signed and given to me in 1981. Goldbeck went to nearby Ft. Sam Houston to preserve this image for posterity.
