Mark Graham, commander, Fort Carson, during the buffet table competition at the 33rd Annual U.S. Army Culinary Arts Competition held at Fort Lee, Va., March 11. After a two-week battle, the Fort Carson team won Installation of the Year, competing with more than 160 other service members. |
