| Description | Below the central observation post is one of the fresh air vents. From here, the fresh air was sucked in mainly. The other points were considered more as a reserve in case of destruction. This air control system is accessible on a staircase with 179 steps and a ladder with 26 steps from the tunnel to the water reservoir. The observation dome itself was broken down by the military and cemented over the access. Military fortress «Furggels» above Pfäfers, St. Margrethenberg, Switzerland, July 24, 2011. |
